Role Overview:

The Offer Lifecycle Manager (OLM) is responsible for managing and leading the lifecycle of service offerings, from creation to launch. This role focuses on offer analytics, promoting focused offers, participating in regional strategy and contract preparation, and ensuring effective team training and certification.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer Management: Drive and ensure adoption of the offer management process across teams, aligning with business goals.
  • Offer Analytics: Analyze and optimize existing offers, provide insights for new service development.
  • Certification: Ensure sales and delivery teams are certified on new and existing offers, track certification progress.
  • Regional Strategy & Contracts: Collaborate on tailoring offers to regional market needs and ensuring alignment with regional goals.
  • Focused Offers Promotion: Promote and support the adoption of focused offers in regions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and finance to optimize go-to-market strategies and offer collateral.
  • Stakeholder Management: Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams to define and implement service offerings.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously refine the Offer Lifecycle process based on feedback and performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in service/software offer creation and launch, strong background in offer analytics and market research. Experience in managing the entire Offer Lifecycle and working with Microsoft products is a must.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of service/software lifecycle, experience with certification programs, excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Languages: Fluent in English (required); Spanish is an advantage.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing, advanced certifications or MBA a plus.
  • Attributes: Strategic, data-driven, collaborative, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
