HR Recruiter Experienced Associate
A career in our Human Resources, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to make a difference at PwC by helping to fully leverage the skills and talents of all our people. You’ll help our local offices in driving the Firm’s people strategy, creating a unique people experience for each individual, and supporting our Firm wide values by working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and Firm wide success in the marketplace.
Role and responsibilities
Recruitment & Employer branding:

Ensure efficient delivery of graduate and experienced recruitment processes;

Identifying recruitment business needs and communicate with hiring managers;
-
Defining and executing recruitment & attraction plan (run campus events: case competitions, guest lectures, job fairs, open doors, etc. to attract young talents; run assessments centres or tests and interview process);

Working with recruitment systems (Workday, Phenom, HireVue, LinkedIn etc.) and conducting trainings for junior colleagues if needed;

Collaboration with recruitment agencies, career centres and associations.
Other:
-
Run induction training and ensure proper onboarding for new hires;

Organise internal events and team buildings;
-
Social media management on recruitment & attraction topics.
Knowledge and skills required
Knowledge and skills:
-
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment;
-
Fluent English and Russian is must; Kazakh will be a plus;
-
Advanced communication and presentation skills;
-
Proficient in MS Office, ATS systems;
-
Professional qualification in HR is an advantage.
