LLP "Richfit International" provides Information Technology services for companies in the oil and gas sector. Founded in 1998 in Beijing, the company has been successfully operating in the Kazakhstan market since 2013.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the procurement of IT-related products and services in Kazakhstan, including hardware (e.g., servers, network equipment, office computers), software licenses, IT services, and outsourced IT projects;
- Manage local and international IT suppliers, including supplier selection, qualification review, price negotiation, performance evaluation, and relationship maintenance;
- Organize and implement procurement plans to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards and business needs;
- Assist headquarters or regional procurement teams in cross-border sourcing by providing local market insights, policy recommendations, and execution support;
- Manage and optimize procurement processes, contract review, payment schedules, and acceptance procedures to ensure compliance and risk control;
- Stay updated on IT market trends, technologies, and regulatory changes in Kazakhstan and surrounding regions, and provide strategic recommendations;
- Collaborate closely with IT, Finance, Legal, and other departments to ensure efficient execution of procurement activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Procurement Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields;
- At least 8 years of experience in IT procurement; experience with multinational or Chinese enterprises is preferred;
- Fluency in Russian (required) and basic communication skills in either English or Chinese;
- Strong capabilities in business negotiation, cost control, contract management, and supplier management;
- Highly responsible, logical thinker, strong execution skills, with a high standard of professional ethics;
- Proficient in office software and procurement systems such as SAP.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Kazakhstan’s government, energy, oil, or engineering project sectors is a strong advantage;
- Familiarity with China-Kazakhstan cross-border trade, customs procedures, and compliance processes is preferred.
