Responsibilities:
- Provide executive administrative support (scheduling meetings, coordinating negotiations, and organizing business trips).
- Manage business correspondence in English and Russian.
- Oversee document flow, maintain CRM systems, and process data efficiently in Google Sheets and Excel.
- Track task completion, follow up on deadlines, and ensure timely execution of assignments.
- Prepare reports, conduct market research, and analyze real estate trends.
- Assist in event planning and internal process coordination.
Requirements:
- Fluent English and Russian (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in CRM systems (experience with real estate CRM is a plus).
- Must be currently residing in Dubai (relocation is not provided).
- Prior experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Strong skills in Google Sheets, Excel, and other office tools (quick data processing is essential).
- Multitasking, attention to detail, and ability to respond promptly to requests.
