We’re looking for a hands-on growth marketing specialist with a proven record of driving lead generation through paid and organic channels. You should be deeply familiar with the nuances of long-cycle B2B sales, ideally in custom software development, and able to work confidently with Western markets.
Your main goal will be to generate a steady pipeline of qualified leads by identifying high-potential niches, building campaigns around them, and ensuring a positive ROMI with minimum CAC. You’ll independently plan, launch, and optimize performance campaigns, run conversion experiments, and create marketing assets within our websites to attract and convert.
The role requires a sharp analytical mindset – someone who closely tracks SQLs, CAC, ROMI, and can defend every campaign with data.
Responsibilities

Conduct market trends research, website performance analysis, and user behavior to target high-potential niches

Develop and execute marketing campaigns across PPC, SEO, and social media channels to drive lead generation

Create marketing assets such as lead magnets and landing pages as part of campaign initiatives

Optimize landing pages and blog posts to continuously improve conversion rates

Monitor campaign performance and lead quality to optimize spend

Design and run experiments and A/B tests to validate new tactics and uncover untapped growth channels

Launch ad campaigns for promoting corporate podcasts, webinars, and other events
Requirements to candidates

At least Upper-Intermediate English level
-
Strong experience in B2B marketing targeting Western markets. Ideally, in the custom software development niche

Deep expertise in launching and optimizing lead generation campaigns across advertising channels

Proven track record of increasing SQLs volume, boosting conversions, improving ROMI, and lowering CAC

Solid understanding of SEO and keyword research

Nice-to-have: experience managing and updating Wordpress websites
