Role Description
We are hiring a Middle Full Stack Developer (React.js + Node.js) to join our product development team full-time and on-site in Tashkent. This role is ideal for a developer with 3+ years of experience who is passionate about building scalable, high-performance web applications and wants to work in a mission-driven environment focused on innovation in education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain full-stack web applications using React, Node.js, NestJS, or Fastify
- Implement intuitive and responsive UIs with TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Manage state with tools like Redux, Zustand, or Context API
- Design and consume RESTful APIs efficiently
- Optimize performance on both frontend and backend
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver features
- Integrate and manage MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases using Mongoose and Prisma
- Use Redis and BullMQ to manage caching and background jobs
- Follow version control workflows (Git) and participate in CI/CD processes
- Write and maintain automated tests using tools like Jest or Cypress
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of overall experience in web development
- 1+ year of experience with React.js
- 1+ year of experience with Node.js
- Proficiency in front-end technologies: React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Experience with component libraries like Material UI or Ant Design
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL and MongoDB including data modeling and optimization
- Experience with Redis and BullMQ for performance and job management
- Comfortable working with Git and CI/CD tools
- B2 level of English proficiency
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Next.js and SSR concepts
- Familiarity with performance profiling and optimization techniques
- Interest in AI technologies and applications
