Defure Furniture Trading LLC is a manufacturer of upholstered custom furniture based in the UAE, Dubai, established in 2016. Since then, we have made hundreds of private and corporate clients happy with our individual approach, quality and speed. Our major customer group is interior designers, looking for furniture production with their unique designs and measurements (beds, sofas, wall panels, curtains, tables, marble, mirrors, e.t.c.).
We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales, currently living in UAE (no relocation): a strong leader, expert in client relations, passionate for new prospects in a high-energy team and unique projects.
Key responsibilities:

Manage the sales team – 1 lead manager and 4 sales managers.

Take full responsibility for conversion rates and reaching targets; implement improvements to reach KPIs, guarantee progress, mentor and motivate team members, provide corrective feedback.

Organize and conduct team meetings (online and offline), training sessions, performance reviews, organize activities aimed to the team excellence to ensure necessary achievements.

Validation of commercial offers (quotations) prepared by sales managers, margin control according to the pricing policy.

Track income plan on a daily basis, take actions to ensure target compliance and increase conversions: check deals funnel in Bitrix24 with each member, highlight deals and help managers convert them to orders, make follow-ups, force the deals through.

Ensure compliance with the company standards: customer relations, pricing, quotations, project handovers to the customer service team, Bitrix24.

Key accounts/clients relations management: establishing connections, negotiating, nurturing warm relations with our key customers.
Additional responsibilities:

Identify new opportunities in B2B and B2C markets, analyze trends and competitors’ activities, prepare reports for the management.

Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns (once a week), visit trade shows, represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Requirements (must-have):

2+ years experience in sales.

1+ year experience in a sales leadership role (Head of Sales).

Computer skills: CRM (Bitrix24), Excel / Google Sheets.

Upper-intermediate level of English (B2).

Driver’s license.
Preferences (nice-to-have):
- Experience in furniture or curtains manufacturing.
- Russian language proficiency.
- Driving experience in Dubai.

Conditions:

Work schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Hybrid format: we combine remote work, offline client meetings and team sessions.

Base salary 12000 AED and sales commission.

Probation period — 2 months.

Work visa and medical insurance after successful completion of the probation period.

Probation targets (2 months):
– Progress in reaching the sales target (67% → 100%).
Long-term targets (1+ year):
– Creating a product matrix through sales analysis.
– Improvement of the product range through trendwatching and market analysis.
– Developing and implementing an upselling strategy.
