Due to the rapid growth of our team, we are looking for an Administrative Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing billing statements / accounts;

  • Posting and recording accounts receivable data;

  • Verifying the terms indicated in the contracts and applying them to accounting records;

  • Collaborating with Account Managers and related departments to solve issues identified through the collection efforts;

  • Preparing statements and correspondence for Account Managers and clients regarding the status of project accounts;

  • Creating Excel reports based on data downloaded from company systems;

  • Assisting with annual and interim audit requests.

Requirements:

  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas), Adobe Acrobat;

  • English level: Upper-Intermediate B2 (good oral and written communication skills);

  • Higher economic education or working experience in a relevant field (accounting or finance) is preferable;

  • Readiness to work overtime when closing financial periods;

  • Ability to quickly learn new processes;

  • Strong attention to detail, communication and time-management skills
