We’re looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Visual Content & Video Specialist to support Product Marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong design skills in Figma, advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects), and a passion for creating compelling content.
You’ll work closely with product marketers and creative stakeholders to design, capture, and deliver high-quality visual and video content aligned with IT product narrative. This role is ideal for someone who also has a keen interest in learning tools and processes that enable lead generation, product demos, and web experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create polished UI mockups and assets using Figma templates;
- Capture product screens and record guided walkthroughs within demo environments for video content;
- Edit engaging technical/product videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related tools;
- Translate business and product messaging into compelling visual stories across formats (demo videos, tutorials, promos);
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather content needs, participate in feedback cycles, and iterate quickly;
- Proactively explore and learn tools that support the digital buyer journey – including lead capture, demo automation, and web content delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in Figma with experience working with structured design systems or brand templates;
- Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere Pro and After Effects;
- Ability to run product scenarios and collect screenshots or screen recordings for use in technical videos;
- Strong visual storytelling skills and ability to simplify complex technical content;
- Confidence in handling stakeholder calls to gather video/design requirements;
- Basic understanding of B2B SaaS or enterprise marketing concepts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a Product Marketing, Creative Services, or GTM enablement function;
- Familiarity with marketing technologies used for lead generation, demo delivery, or web personalization is highly desirable;
- A proactive mindset with an eagerness to learn how visual content supports pipeline growth and customer engagement.
