LeverX is currently seeking a Junior Recruiter to focus on foreign markets (EU, US). This is a great opportunity to gain experience with a global IT partner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Hiring administrative staff globally;
  • Analyzing requirements, preparing candidate profiles, researching the labor market, and finding suitable candidates;
  • Organizing online meetings and interviews;
  • Work with the internal CRM system;
  • Testing your skills in recruiting and developing as an HR professional, dealing with the adaptation, development, training, and assessment of employees.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A background in linguistic education;
  • Completion of HR/recruiting courses or internships is preferred;
  • Proficiency in spoken English B2 and above;
  • Strong prioritization and negotiation skills;
  • Result-oriented mindset.
