LeverX is currently seeking a Junior Recruiter to focus on foreign markets (EU, US). This is a great opportunity to gain experience with a global IT partner.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Hiring administrative staff globally;
- Analyzing requirements, preparing candidate profiles, researching the labor market, and finding suitable candidates;
- Organizing online meetings and interviews;
- Work with the internal CRM system;
- Testing your skills in recruiting and developing as an HR professional, dealing with the adaptation, development, training, and assessment of employees.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A background in linguistic education;
- Completion of HR/recruiting courses or internships is preferred;
- Proficiency in spoken English B2 and above;
- Strong prioritization and negotiation skills;
- Result-oriented mindset.
