The Belarusian office of the German logistics company Hegelmann Group is inviting you to join our support team (planned vacancy)

The main responsibilities include:

• Providing after-hours support to USA-based logistics company drivers and clients, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
• Handling the checking and completion of UK/EU transport documents, along with related processes.
• Regularly reporting to team members and management.

Please note that the work schedule includes up to 12-hour shifts, rotating between day and night shifts, and this is an office-based position.
