Tasks to solve
- Analyze customer’s requests from business perspective and propose appropriate technical solution
- Coordinate work between sales and technical teams;
- Consult colleagues and customers about offensive security services, their implementation, status and result during on-site meetings, calls and/or text communication;
- Analyze and prepare all required technical and commercial documentation;
- Maintain appropriate entries in CRM systems;
- Maintain appropriate entries in internal project management system;
- Participate in internal R&D process in order to improve or develop workflows and/or business documentation;
- Communicate with partners and customers to provide service onboarding and training;
Requirements
- Broader information security field knowledge;
- Offensive security field familiarity;
- Acuity in working with legal and business documentation;
- Communicative, adaptable, and resilient under pressure;
- Able to make responsible decisions within tight deadlines
Additional requirements
- Familiarity with penetration tests and vulnerability assessments and common tools and techniques used to carry those services;
- Familiarity with web and mobile application security assessment and common tools and techniques used to carry out those services;
