Role Responsibilities:
- Drive Conversion: Translate brand equity into actionable strategies at the shelf or digital shelf to enhance consumer engagement.
- Improve Visibility: Deliver best-in-class execution both in-store and online to maximize brand presence.
- Retailer Collaboration: Co-create category- and shopper-focused campaigns with key retailers to drive mutual growth.
- Align with Commercial Goals: Support sales growth, new product development (NPD) launches, and promotional sell-through.
- Agile Execution: React swiftly to market dynamics and competitor actions with quick, tailored activations.
- Sustain Shopper Loyalty: Develop and support programs that reinforce repeat purchases and brand preference.
Basic Qualifications

- Leadership Skills: Demonstrates strong leadership abilities to guide and inspire teams towards achieving strategic goals.
- Shopper & Consumer Insight: Proficient in analyzing shopper behavior and path-to-purchase, leveraging data from sources like Nielsen, IQVIA, and loyalty programs to develop targeted activations. Understands the psychological and emotional drivers behind purchase decisions to translate brand strategy into in-store execution.
- Channel & Customer Understanding: Possesses deep knowledge of various retail environments, including modern trade, traditional trade, pharmacy, and e-commerce. Capable of tailoring marketing strategies to different retailer formats and building strong relationships with key retail partners or distributors.
- Integrated Planning, Process & Stakeholder Management: Experienced in collaborating with brand, sales, trade marketing, and category teams. Skilled in aligning 360° campaigns with brand objectives and retail execution plans. Manages multiple projects across departments and geographies, ensuring effective communication with cross-functional teams and external agencies. Leads execution from ideation to in-store/on-site activation in cooperation with distributor teams.
