Kodland is a digital platform connecting tutors and young people worldwide. Are you skilled with Python and passionate about sharing your knowledge with children? We’re currently seeking Python Tutors to join our rapidly growing team!

Job Description:
- Deliver fun, engaging lessons using our pre-designed curriculum and materials.
- Teach children aged 10–14 in online 1-on-1 or group classes (9–12 students).
- Improve your teaching skills with guidance from experienced Kodland mentors.
- Provide feedback on lessons/materials to the team.
- Submit regular, detailed reports on student progress.
- Enhance student learning experiences and classroom engagement.
- Become a positive, influential, and friendly representative of Kodland.
- Implement creative ideas to support students.

Requirements:
- Competence in Python (at least intermediate level).
- Speak Italian at least C1 level.
- Willingness to learn new skills and improve existing ones.
- Passion for teaching children and helping them achieve great results.
- Availability to work weekends and weekday evenings.
- Ability to work independently.
- No criminal record or restrictions on working with children.
(No prior teaching experience required! You’ll still be invited for an interview and complete a digital skills test if requested. You’ll demonstrate programming skills using Scratch.)

This is a remote position. You’ll need:
- A personal laptop with a camera and microphone.
- Stable internet connection.
- A quiet workspace.
