What you’ll do:

Own game features from concept to launch: write GDDs, pitch ideas to the team, and track results through analytics

Plan and run A/B tests and playtests to validate ideas

Balance systems in spreadsheets — and unleash your creativity in game design docs

Research player behavior, generate hypotheses, request analytics, and turn insights into actionable improvements
What you need to succeed:

3+ years of experience as a Game Designer on midcore mobile titles

Solid grasp of in-game economy design, probability theory, and math fundamentals
-
Ability to distill a feature to its core — and cut what’s not essential

Broad gaming experience and passion for working on Tacticool

Strong sense of ownership, team spirit, and communication skills
Nice to have:
- Experience working on UI/UX flows with designers
