Responsibilities:


· Proactively engage and partner with Patient Advocacy Groups (PAGs), NGOs and advocacy leaders to understand and respond to patients’ needs.
· Support business to offer unique patients insights to shape and validate business processes, strategies and decisions.
· Partner with PAGs/NGOs to provide expertise, information and tools that will help improve standards of care, access and health outcomes for patients.
· Operate with consistently high ethical and operating standards with the patient advocacy community.
· Help build the capabilities of patient advocates to influence key stakeholders and improve the healthcare system in partnership with third-party experts.
· Work with relevant teams to support company’s success and take patient and patient advocate needs into account as business decisions are made.
· Recognize environmental trends and anticipate impact on the patient and patient advocacy landscape to provide competitive value to the company.
· Define engagement plans for each Patient Advocacy Group, develop messages and appropriate patient-friendly materials and appropriate tools and channels
· Lead and support access and disease awareness initiatives in current and new therapeutic areas.

Requirements:

· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
· Minimum 5 years of experience in similar functions (Patient Advocacy, Public Affairs, Government Relations, Market Access, Regulatory, Marketing) in a multinational environment; minimum 2 years of experience in Patient Advocacy area
· Fluent in English both written and spoken
