Job Requirements:

Education:
Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, Student Affairs, or a related field. -
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in admissions, enrollment management, or a related area. -
Skills and Competencies:

In-depth knowledge of enrollment management principles, strategies, and best practices.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Proficiency in student information systems (SIS), data analysis tools, and database management.

Familiarity with relevant regulations, compliance requirements, and current trends in higher education admissions and enrollment.

Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity when working with diverse student populations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee the admissions process for both domestic and international applicants, including application review, evaluation, and decision-making.
Develop and maintain admissions policies and criteria to ensure fair, transparent, and compliant procedures.
Manage the full enrollment and registration cycle, ensuring efficiency and a positive student experience from application through course registration.
Coordinate academic scheduling, classroom allocation, and advising services to support timely student progression.
Provide accurate guidance to students and families on financial aid options, eligibility, and application processes.
Act as the primary point of contact for admission, enrollment, and registration inquiries.
Implement student support initiatives such as orientation programs, academic advising, and success workshops to boost engagement and retention.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to enrollment trends to support evidence-based planning and strategy.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and recommendations.
Execute other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor in a timely and professional manner
