Обязанности:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of the hotel’s overall sales strategy.
  • Supervise and support the sales team, ensuring targets are met.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with Revenue and Marketing teams to optimize pricing and packages.
  • Track sales metrics, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Mentor and train junior sales team members. Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members
  • Proactively acquiring new business and enhancing client retention through consistent engagement and value-driven service.
  • Maintaining and developing professional relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, wholesalers, and other key partners to ensure consistent business growth and collaboration.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Требования:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the international hotel brand; previous supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Results-driven with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with OPERA and report generation for sales and operational needs.
  • Fluent in English, Russian and Uzbek; additional languages are an advantage.
