Обязанности:
- Assist in the development and implementation of the hotel’s overall sales strategy.
- Supervise and support the sales team, ensuring targets are met.
- Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with Revenue and Marketing teams to optimize pricing and packages.
- Track sales metrics, forecasting, and reporting.
- Mentor and train junior sales team members. Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members
- Proactively acquiring new business and enhancing client retention through consistent engagement and value-driven service.
- Maintaining and developing professional relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, wholesalers, and other key partners to ensure consistent business growth and collaboration.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the international hotel brand; previous supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Results-driven with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Hands-on experience with OPERA and report generation for sales and operational needs.
- Fluent in English, Russian and Uzbek; additional languages are an advantage.
- Employment in accordance with the Labour Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
