Responsibilities:

Support HR process automation projects

Assist in budgeting and forecasting personnel costs; prepare monthly reports with variance analysis for payroll

Contribute to annual salary review processes

Develop and update HR policies and procedures

Prepare regular reports on HR metrics, headcount, and staff costs
Requirements:

Proficient in Excel (including pivot tables and advanced formulas)

English — Upper Intermediate or higher

Solid knowledge of Kazakhstan labor legislation

At least 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits

Hands-on experience with automation of compensation and performance management processes

Previous experience working in international companies
