Responsibilities:

  • Support HR process automation projects

  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting personnel costs; prepare monthly reports with variance analysis for payroll

  • Contribute to annual salary review processes

  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures

  • Prepare regular reports on HR metrics, headcount, and staff costs

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Excel (including pivot tables and advanced formulas)

  • English — Upper Intermediate or higher

  • Solid knowledge of Kazakhstan labor legislation

  • At least 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits

  • Hands-on experience with automation of compensation and performance management processes

  • Previous experience working in international companies
