We're a fast-growing international company in the digital entertainment space.
We’re currently looking for a highly organized and proactive Operational Assistant to join our team in Limassol. If you're someone who enjoys streamlining workflows, working with modern tools, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes — we’d love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
• Help set up and optimize workflows using ClickUp, Zapier, Airtable, Softr, and other tools
• Create and maintain clear technical and operational documentation
• Collect and structure requirements for new internal processes
• Keep an up-to-date registry of internal tools and ensure all credentials are properly managed in Bitwarden
• Manage access rights and permissions in ClickUp
• Support onboarding of new team members, with a focus on internal processes and tool usage
• Provide day-to-day operational support, answering internal questions and resolving issues as they come up
What we're looking for:
• Confident user of ChatGPT and the OpenAI platform
• Experience with project management tools like ClickUp, Jira, Monday.com, or Bitrix
• Strong writing skills and experience creating guides, manuals, and documentation
• Hands-on experience with no-code automation and workflow configuration
• Analytical mindset and a knack for structured thinking
