Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Engagement: Be the voice of Tangem—actively reply to user comments and discussions on X (Twitter), Reddit, and YouTube from official brand accounts. This includes both our own posts and relevant external threads.
  • Moderation Management: manage a reliable global moderator team to support 24/7 coverage of Tangem’s Telegram and Discord channels.
  • Community Building: Grow Tangem’s online communities by fostering a positive, inclusive, and crypto-savvy environment.
  • Interactive Campaigns: Plan and execute creative initiatives like AMAs, giveaways, and challenges that drive community participation and excitement.
  • Support & Advocacy: Monitor conversations to address questions, concerns, and product-related inquiries—escalating important feedback to internal teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content, support, and product teams to ensure a consistent and engaging community experience across all touchpoints.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing online communities in crypto, fintech, or tech-related industries

  • Hands-on experience moderating and engaging users on platforms like X (Twitter), Reddit, YouTube, Telegram, and Discord

  • Experience leading or coordinating a remote moderator team (ideally across multiple time zones)

  • Strong understanding of community dynamics, online culture, and best practices for fostering positive engagement

  • Demonstrated ability to plan and run community campaigns (e.g. AMAs, giveaways, challenges)

  • Excellent written communication skills in English and Russian

  • Ability to identify and escalate product feedback, technical issues, or reputational risks appropriately

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, support, and product teams

  • Proactive, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote-first environment
