In this role you will...
- Understand expert local insights and key barriers of Haleon brands advocacy.
- Understand competitive activities and their impact on expert advocacy in Cluster.
- Define top claims and RTBs required to deliver right mindset shift per target and segment, as well as delivery of Advocacy KPIs
- Define of the most effective connection channels with defined HCPs targets. Close co-operation with Marketing, Sales and F2F Expert Engagement team, including (and not limited to): face to face, digital, conferences, events
- Closely co-operate with CEE Expert Lead to understand key global/ CEE learnings.
- Understand objectives and content of globally and CEE developed toolkits. Understand opportunities and challenges with using those locally.
- Adapt global/ CEE toolkits to local needs.
- Where required, deliver local expert marketing toolkits, if global/ CEE ones do not meet specific local requirements.
- Oversee and constantly optimize the expert budget and budget phasing for the country/cluster.
- Participate at F2F Expert Engagement briefings and seeks constant feedbacks and understanding of local expert insights
- Participate in Export Markets Business Reviews and collaborates with marketing teams/ BU to identify and approve mitigating actions to deliver Brand/Brands financial commitments.
- Effectively influence a number of stakeholders to ensure buy-in to recommended strategies and plans
- Engage and energizes internal and external stakeholders on the Expert strategy and marketing plans for a the cluster
- Build powerful relationships with Marketing, Medical and CEE Marketing Team
Why you?
- University Degree preferably in Healthcare or Life Sciences
- Fluent English, Russian (east Cluster only)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in expert marketing or marketing with Consumer Healthcare or FMCG companies, developing and implementing expert strategies & plans
- Experience in cross-functional cooperation with commercial, marketing functions
- Knowledge of expert trends and solutions on the BU level and cluster/country level
- Experience managing and cooperating with agencies and vendors
- Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders in an organization.
- Proven track record in matrix organization
