We are looking for a leader who will be focused on strategy and execution for ATL, OOH, guerrilla, and offline brand activations across key global regions.
What will you do:
- Build smart, locally relevant campaigns that generate attention and brand affinity;
- Identify creative opportunities to promote the brand through non-traditional methods: murals, branded transport, on-the-ground teams, micro-events, partnerships, etc.;
- Source and manage local vendors, freelancers, and producers to bring ideas to life;
- Work closely with Regional Marketing Managers to align on messaging and ensure campaigns match the cultural context;
- Measure effectiveness with meaningful KPIs like awareness, local engagement etc.;
- Stay tapped into local insights, trends, and what gets people's attention;
- Work fast, smart, and creatively around limitations without compromising on quality.
What we expect:
- 3+ years of experience in ATL, OOH, BTL, or field marketing, ideally in emerging or international markets;
- Strong creative thinking and a track record of executing original offline campaigns;
- Hands-on approach: You're not afraid to get things done, even if it means solving some issues by yourself;
- Strong understanding of local consumer behavior and how to build regional relevance;
- Excellent project and vendor management skills;
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
