Обязанности:
- Understanding of marketing research principles and market analysis
- Experience working with suppliers and understanding procurement specifics
- Knowledge of the competitive environment and industry trends (construction or relevant sector)
- Experience in collecting and processing data from various sources (including primary and secondary research)
- Skills in conducting competitive analysis and supplier evaluation
- Proficiency in data collection tools (surveys, interviews, online platforms)
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
- Experience working with databases and CRM systems
- Ability to use search engines and specialized databases for market analysis
- Analytical thinking and critical approach to information
- Ability to organize large volumes of data and draw conclusions
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work under multitasking conditions and tight deadlines

- Higher education in marketing, economics, statistics, management, or related fields
- Additional courses and certifications in marketing research and analytics are a plus
- English proficiency (intermediate level or higher) for working with international information sources
