Обязанности:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Management, Economics or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or engineering roles
- Experience with technical procurement processes and vendor management
- Strong understanding of construction, civil engineering, power engineering and technical specifications
- Proficiency in procurement software, MS Office and ERP systems
- Knowledge of contract negotiation and supplier management

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of market trends and supply chain dynamics
- Professional certification in procurement (CPSM, CPPO, or similar)
- Experience in relevant industry sector
- Knowledge of international procurement and trade regulations
- Project management certification or experience
