Обязанности:

A bachelor's degree. (Bachelor in Electrical Engineering)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CAD is mandatory.
Familiarity with PLSCAD and/or LIRA and ETAP is Preferred.
Understanding of electrical engineering principles, circuit analysis, power systems, and relevant codes and standards.

Familiarity with overhead transmission line and/or outdoor substations equipment and design is mandatory
Ability to analyze data, troubleshoot electrical problems, and develop solutions.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English, Russian and/or Uzbek.
Ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of their work, including design, testing, and documentation.
Ability to adapt to requirements and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Efficiently managing time and prioritizing tasks is essential for meeting deadlines and handling a busy workload.
Accuracy and attention to detail for maintaining records, preparing documents, and ensuring data integrity.
The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain an organized workspace.

Условия:

Managing correspondence (emails, letters, packages).
Communicating with client, vendors and subcontractors regarding scopes, technical subjects and approvals.
Scheduling meetings and appointments with client, vendors and subcontractors.
Monitoring subcontractors work, ensuring quality and compliance with project specifications, and coordinating their activities with other teams
Review the design documents and providing feedbacks.
Tracking the progress of subcontractor/Vendors work against the project schedule and report any deviations or delays to Engineering manager or project manager.
Assisting project planning, cost estimation, and scheduling requirements.
Assisting with data entry, reports and documents preparation.
keeping abreast of new technologies and industry standards relevant to electrical engineering.
Site visiting and providing status report.
Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating problems when necessary.
