What you’ll do:

Outreach Strategy Planning & Execution

  • Research and identify potential leads through social media, online research, AI tools, and other platforms.
  • Qualify leads based on their potential data needs and alignment with our services.
  • Create and execute targeted messaging to engage prospects via email, phone calls, and digital campaigns.
  • Maintain consistent communication with leads, nurturing relationships throughout the pipeline to close deals effectively.

Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging tools to enhance lead generation strategies.
  • Provide regular reports and actionable insights to the management team on lead generation performance and outcomes.

What we're looking for from you:

  • Experience in B2B lead generation or outbound sales, ideally in the Americas, Asia, or the EMEA region; however, it is not essential.
  • Ability to learn fast and master a new domain to generate custom leads.
  • High proficiency in English, both written and spoken (B2-C1).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiasm and being driven by targets and KPIs.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the data industry.
