Role Overview
As an Internal Sales Agent, your primary focus will be to support and grow our existing client base by driving renewals and upsells. You will work at the intersection of Sales, Customer Support, and Teaching teams to ensure our learners continue their journey with us.

This role is ideal for someone who is both results-driven and customer-focused, with a knack for communication and a strong understanding of sales funnels and client retention strategies. You’ll play a key part in executing processes, keeping our CRM clean, and suggesting improvements to maximize performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage relationships with existing clients, focusing on renewals and upselling tailored offers
  • Execute structured follow-up processes post-initial purchase to increase retention and repeat sales
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain accurate reporting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure personalized and timely outreach
  • Share feedback and insights to continuously improve sales strategies and team performance
  • Use tested scripts, cadences, and email/CRM tools to boost conversions
  • Keep CRM data clean and actionable for better pipeline visibility and forecasting
  • Identify and suggest process improvements to optimize internal sales performance

What We’re Looking For

  • C1+ English level (spoken and written)
  • 2+ years in sales or customer success, preferably in EdTech or subscription-based models
  • Data-driven mindset — you know how to work with conversion rates and funnel metrics
  • Experience using CRMs and automation tools
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Customer-centric mindset and a proactive, collaborative approach
