Junior Data Migration Consultant (SAP)

We are looking for highly motivated and structured individuals to join our Data Migration team. This is a great opportunity to start a career in one of the most critical and dynamic areas of SAP implementation - data transformation and migration.

You will work closely with experienced consultants to deliver data migration projects for our international customers, helping move and cleanse business-critical information into SAP systems using advanced methodologies and tools.

Your key responsibilities as a Junior Data Migration consultant:

• Help with planning and carrying out the process of moving data from legacy systems into SAP.

• Work on reviewing, organizing, checking, and cleaning data to make sure it’s correct.

• Create and update simple templates and guides that explain how to prepare and move data.

• Configuring migration tools to SAP system. Loading data using various migration tools.

• Participate in practice runs and the final steps of migrating data into the new system.

• Communicate with other team members and clients to understand what data they need and share updates.

• Work closely with experienced SAP and business experts to fix problems with the data.

• Share ideas for improving the way we work and help build useful guides and documentation.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar.

• English B2+.

• Willingness to learn more about data, business processes, and systems thinking.

• Ability to work under deadlines, manage tasks proactively, and stay organized.

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets, databases, or data tools.

Will be an advantage:

• Basic knowledge of ERP systems: SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or 1C.

• Experience or coursework related to ETL processes, data modeling, or migration concepts.

• Exposure to tools such as SAP LTMC, SAP BODS, SAP Data Services, LSMW, or similar.

• Experience participating in IT consulting or internship programs.
