Responsibilities:
- Monthly sales plan execuation in KA channel
- Everyday communication with buyers / analysis of sell-in and sell-out
- Strategic vision for sustainbale development of each KA to ensure future growth = in-house share
- Monitoriing of competition: prices, marketing, products and etc. and finding counter actions
- in co-operation with Marekting / Service departments - sustain and increase loyatly among KA clients by finding the needed solutions to their requests
- Short and long-term planning of other actions: listing of new products / promos / incentive programs to ensure the needed sell-in / sell-out = market share
- Be an integral part of the Sales team in Kazakhstan
- Develop and present a strategic development plan for each partner in the KA channel.
- Experience in sales / trade markeing no less than 3 years, preferably in the KA channel.
- Fluency in Russian and good command of English will be an advantage.
- Ready for bussiness trips / analytical skills (excel)
