Responsibilities:
- Follow all relevant retail policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure work is carried out in a systematic and compliant manner.
- Manage and execute in-mall marketing initiatives, including coordination with mall management, securing permits, and delivering impactful brand visibility campaigns.
- Plan and implement in-mall events and activations to drive footfall and support commercial performance.
- Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies, ensuring seamless in-store readiness through coordinated branding, visual merchandising, and team alignment.
- Work closely with the retail operations team to align on commercial goals and ensure seamless in-store execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and brand partners to support joint marketing initiatives and maintain cohesive brand representation.
- Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials
- Oversee day-to-day operational marketing tasks, including handling purchase orders, payments, departmental reports, and coordination with relevant authorities.
Requirements:
- Experience in retail or in-mall marketing / in the beauty or fashion industry
- Fluent in English (Russian or Arabic is a plus)
- Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks independently
