We are looking for a high-level Business Assistant to support the Founder of a leading international company. This position is a unique opportunity for professionals with strong analytical skills, experience in government institutions or ministries, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Founder in strategic initiatives, business development, and operational decision-making;

  • Coordinate communication with external stakeholders, including government bodies, international partners, and senior executives;

  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and analytical materials for meetings and negotiations;

  • Monitor the implementation of key projects and ensure timely execution of tasks;

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Founder, providing insights and recommendations for business growth and partnerships;

  • Participate in high-level negotiations and represent the Founder in selected business matters.

We are looking for someone who:
  • Has experience in working with government agencies, ministries, or major international organizations;

  • Possesses excellent organizational and communication skills;

  • Is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality;

  • Is fluent in English and Russian (Uzbek is a plus).
