Country Manager (Cyprus, Albania)
Responsibilities:

Manage the company’s operations in Cyprus and Albania.

Develop and implement business growth strategies.

Conduct market and competitor analysis, identify new opportunities for expansion.

Manage the local team: recruitment, onboarding, training, and motivation.

Monitor sales performance and achievement of financial targets.

Organize and coordinate marketing and PR activities.
-
Lead negotiations and build long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
-
Represent the company at events, conferences, and exhibitions.

Ensure compliance with local legislation, financial reporting, and company standards.
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior management role (Country Manager / Head of Operations / Business Development Director).

Strong leadership and people management skills.

In-depth knowledge of the local markets (Cyprus, Albania).

Proven experience in sales, business development, or operational management.

Fluent English (B2+ level); knowledge of Greek or Albanian will be a strong advantage.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel for business needs.
