IT Career Hub was founded in Germany in September 2022 by a team of managers and teachers from the largest educational startups in the world.
The Education and Career Center provides a full cycle of support - from choosing a profession to employment. IT Career Hub graduates work in corporations such as Zalando, Bolt, ImmoScout24, Microsoft, Amazon, etc.
The mission of IT Career Hub is to train adult students to work in the field of information technology, promote the individual development of each student and help in finding a new promising job.
IT Career Hub training programs are certified by AZAV and are designed to be flexible to the needs of adult students, providing the opportunity to learn regardless of work experience and previously acquired knowledge and skills.
We don't limit ourselves to just training. We also provide employment support and career counseling to our graduates. We establish partnerships with leading companies in the industry so that our students have the opportunity to gain experience through an internship and then a job at one of these companies.

Due to our scaling efforts, we are opening a position for an IT Recruiter with fluent German.
Your tasks will be:
- Searching for top IT professionals in the international market;
- Organizing and conducting interviews, assessing candidates' potential (managing at least 5 complex vacancies monthly);
- Coordinating and managing all stages of recruitment, from sourcing to offering;
- Maintaining the candidate database;
- Meeting monthly hiring targets;
- Preparing weekly reports on work done and offers made;
- Participating in the development and implementation of strategies to improve recruitment and retention processes.
Requirements:
- You have German proficiency at C1 or higher (this is a must);
- You speak English or Russian;
- You are confident in using LinkedIn tools;
- You have at least 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in IT;
- You possess high emotional intelligence;
- You know how to ask the right questions during interviews;
- You deliver high-quality work without supervision or reminders.
Benefits:
- Fixed salary of 1,200 EUR per month plus two types of bonuses: bonuses for each closed vacancy and bonuses for candidates who pass their probation period. The total income ranges from 2,000 to 2,500 EUR per month;

- A Service Agreement contract;
- Paid vacation and sick leave, plus one extra day off per quarter;
- Fully remote work, Monday to Friday, with a flexible start to your day.
