Duties:
- Review and validate designs/specifications of electrical systems (cable lines, overhead lines, HV lines above 10kV, substations).
- Perform calculations and modeling using tools such as ETAP, DIALux.
- Conduct site surveys, inspections, monitor construction progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Communicate with customers, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities regarding technical comments, site coordination, and issue resolution.
- Prepare reports, technical notes, and maintain records according to company standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal performance and manage workload, deadlines, and subcontractor modifications.
- Identify risks related to quality, progress, and scope changes in advance.
Professional requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or related field; experience in relay protection preferred.
- 5+ years of experience as a site engineer or designer in data center or EPC projects (malls, science parks, residential/office complexes) in Uzbekistan or neighboring countries.
- Experience in electrical design consultancy or contractor design environments.
- Strong knowledge of local technical regulations, standards, and approval processes (government relations preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and related tools.
- Fluent in Russian, English, and Uzbek (Chinese is an advantage).
- Proactive, decision-making skills, ability to handle deliverables independently.
- Willingness to travel and comply with work arrangements.
Work Conditions:
- Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
- Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
- Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7).
- Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
- Probation period: 3 months.
- Working language: English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
