Defure Furniture Trading LLC is a manufacturer of upholstered custom furniture based in the UAE, Dubai, established in 2016. Since then, we have made hundreds of private and corporate clients happy with our individual approach, quality and speed. Our major customer group is interior designers, looking for furniture production with their unique designs and measurements (beds, sofas, wall panels, curtains, tables, marble, mirrors, e.t.c.).

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager: an expert in client relations in the UAE market, passionate for new prospects in a high-energy team and unique projects.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential markets through research and networking in the UAE. Development and execution of business growth strategy, including identification of new target audiences, client base expansion, and increasing sales volume.

  • Nurturing and developing existing client relationships through personal meetings, identifying new opportunities for account growth and expansion.

  • Calculate budgets, prepare commercial offers (quotations) and invoices.

  • Conduct meetings, present proposals, and negotiate contracts to close deals.

  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs.

  • Manage the sales pipeline using a CRM system.

  • Represent the company at industry events.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and strategic alignment.

  • Submit daily and weekly statistics.

Requirements (must-have):

  • Experience in business development and sales – 3+ years.

  • Relevant work experience in the UAE – 5 years.

  • Background in interior design or landscaping, furniture, curtains manufacturing or lighting.

  • Computer skills: CRM (Bitrix), Excel — basic level.

  • Upper-intermediate level of English (B2).

  • UAE driver’s license, 1+ year of driving experience in Dubai.

Conditions:

  • Work schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

  • Hybrid format: we combine remote work, offline client meetings and team sessions.

  • Fix salary 6.000-9.000 AED + commission + transport allowance + expenses compensation. The exact base salary amount is discussed at the interview.

  • Probation period — 2 months. Work visa and medical insurance are launched after successful completion of the probation period, along with an official employment.

  • Employment according to UAE legislation, vacations (30 days), sick leaves and flight tickets compensation.
