Support Specialist

In 2019, the company opened its office in the Republic of Belarus, Minsk. Hegelmann Logistic is a transport and forwarding company that provides all types of transportation to various countries.

Our company is inviting applications for the position of Support Specialist with proficiency in English.

The main responsibilities include:

• Providing after-hours support to English-speaking company drivers and clients, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
• Handling the checking and completion of UK/EU transport documents, along with related processes.
• Regularly reporting to team members and management.

Please note that the work schedule includes up to 12-hour shifts, rotating between day and night shifts, and this is an office-based position.
