Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements for software roles.

Source developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and cloud specialists.

Review CVs with attention to technical accuracy.

Conduct structured screenings (with technical team support if needed).

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

English proficiency – C1 (spoken & written).

Knowledge of SDLC and IT concepts.

Excellent communication skills.

Prior IT recruitment or HR tech tools experience is a plus.
