Overview:
We are building a strong recruitment team to support both local and European markets. This role is ideal for multilingual professionals with C1 proficiency in English, German, or French. You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring talent across diverse industries, helping companies scale with the right people.

As an International Recruiter, you will connect with professionals across Europe, advise hiring managers on local market trends, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from first contact to job offer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, sourcing, interviews, and offers.

  • Engage candidates across different markets (English-, German-, and French-speaking).

  • Conduct interviews and assessments in multiple languages.

  • Advise hiring managers on cultural and market-specific recruitment practices.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for business support, customer service, operational, and industry-specific roles.

  • Ensure compliance with European and local employment regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or any related field.

  • Language proficiency:

    • English – C1 (mandatory)

    • German – C1 (preferred for German market recruiters)

    • French – C1 (preferred for French market recruiters)

  • Strong communication, organizational, and cultural awareness skills.

  • Previous recruitment experience is a plus but not required.
