Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Business Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client partnerships, thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment, and is passionate about driving business growth through data-driven solutions.
Purpose of the role:
As a Business Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with clients of our PCI DSS certified payment gateway. The platform connects businesses with multiple payment providers through a single integration, simplifying transaction management and enabling growth in high-demand industries.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Assist clients in the after integration period Analyze payment data and transaction trends to optimize strategies and enhance client revenue streams.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with clients, providing insights and recommendations for improvement and expansion. Identify opportunities for client growth and entry into new markets by leveraging the platform’s diverse payment offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns, resolve technical issues, and enhance service offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed guidance and support to clients.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in account management in the fintech or payment processing industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify actionable insights.
- Experience with payment gateway systems and understanding of payment processing workflows.
- Proficiency in English (C1-C2 level) is required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of international payment regulations and compliance standards is advantageous.
- Proactive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.
