Responsibilities:
- Equal opportunities shall be ensured for male and female staff. All subcontractor personnel shall receive training on Gender-Based Violence and Harassment (GBVH) and the Environmental and Social Policy.
Requirements:
- Be proficient in both English and Uzbek.
- Possess relevant qualifications and experience in environmental and social management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all E&S-related matters.
- Monitor adherence to waste management protocols.
- Conduct routine site inspections to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Address non-conformities promptly.
- Lead environmental awareness training sessions for workers.
- Maintain accurate E&S documentation and prepare periodic reports. - Coordinate with LNT to implement corrective actions.
