An international IT company developing reliable and up-to-date solutions for the B2B segment is looking for a CRM/Retention Manager.

Project and Team
The project was launched in 2024 and is actively growing. The main goal of the team is to retain and re-engage users of the website and mobile application, as well as to increase the average deposit and transaction frequency.

The role involves close collaboration with the creative team (designer and copywriter), affiliate manager, acquisition manager, CRM/Retention team, developers, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Segmenting the user base according to various criteria: activity, preferences, engagement level, LTV, etc.

  • Analyzing user behavior and creating trigger-based communication chains

  • Designing and preparing email templates for campaigns

  • Monitoring the effectiveness of retention campaigns: conversion, promo response, ROI, churn rate

  • Collaborating with IT and BI teams to improve CRM tools and integrations

  • Developing bonus offers and personalized campaigns for different user segments

Candidate Requirements (Junior / Middle)

  • Mandatory experience in iGaming as a CRM/Retention Manager

  • Basic understanding of user retention principles and customer segmentation

  • Knowledge of key communication channels: email, push, SMS, in-app messages

  • Ability to work with CRM systems or willingness to quickly learn new tools

  • Basic analytical skills: ability to read reports and draw simple conclusions

  • Motivation to grow in retention and customer analytics

  • English — B2

  • Russian — conversational

  • Responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team
