Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting vacancies, screening CVs, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Prepare employment contracts, job offers, and onboarding documents in line with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and HR databases.
  • Support employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR-related queries.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration.
  • Support performance management processes, including probation reviews and annual appraisals.
  • Draft HR reports and provide data analysis for management decision-making.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum [2–3] years of experience in HR or administrative support.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent command of Uzbek, English and Russian (both written and spoken), Turkish is welcomed
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); HRIS experience is an advantage.
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
