Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting vacancies, screening CVs, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Prepare employment contracts, job offers, and onboarding documents in line with company policies.
- Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and HR databases.
- Support employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR-related queries.
- Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration.
- Support performance management processes, including probation reviews and annual appraisals.
- Draft HR reports and provide data analysis for management decision-making.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum [2–3] years of experience in HR or administrative support.
- Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent command of Uzbek, English and Russian (both written and spoken), Turkish is welcomed
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); HRIS experience is an advantage.
