Salary : Competitive basic salary with attractive monthly bonus (bonuses starting at 500 Euro)

Mandatory requirement: The candidate must speak Belarusian or Russian in addition to English. English proficiency can be fluent or at a moderate level.

Role requirements

The checklist before you apply:

  • Fluent in Russian & English (bonus points for more languages)

  • Communication and negotiation skills so good you could sell ice to a penguin

  • Self-driven, ambitious, and unafraid to set high goals

  • Proven experience in B2B sales

  • Strong networking skills — you know how to open doors and keep them open

  • Organisational skills to juggle multiple clients and candidates without breaking a sweat
