As an Audit Assistant, you will:
- Review prior audits to understand client processes and adapt the audit approach.
- Verify client records against bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Validate the existence and accuracy of reported assets.
- Confirm the accuracy and completeness of client supplier lists.
- Review stock-taking procedures and perform sample counts to validate inventory records.
- Test the effectiveness of clients’ internal controls and processes.
- Prepare working papers and draft reports on audit findings, highlighting key issues.
- Support audit teams by supervising and guiding junior members during assignments.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have 2-3 years of experience in economics, finance, accounting, or audit.
- Are proficient in English at an upper-intermediate level to handle client communication and documentation.
- Possess strong analytical skills and logical thinking with attention to detail.
- Can multitask, work under tight deadlines, and manage complex projects.
- Are a strong team player, willing to learn and develop within the field of audit.
- Have excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Are open to business travel and willing to work full-time.
