Online Chat Support Agent (Remote, English Required)

We’re looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Online Chat Support Agent to join our fully remote team. Your role will be to provide high-quality customer support in English via online chat, following our internal processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional customer support via online chat in English

• Follow internal guidelines, processes, and quality standards

• Help users resolve their issues and navigate services or products

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Has at least Intermediate (B1+) level of English

• Eager to learn and grow within the company

• Has a laptop or desktop computer and a high-speed internet connection

• Responsible, punctual, and motivated to work in a team

Salary and Conditions:

• Training is paid (after passing a test with at least 80% correct answers and completing 6 solo shifts)

• Trial period pay: $2/hour (based on hours worked)

• After the trial period:

  • Base pay: $400/month for 15 shifts (12 hours each)

  • Bonus: up to $160/month (based on performance, work quality, and experience)

  • Average monthly salary: $500

• Salary paid twice a month: $200 advance + balance

Work Schedule:

• 2/2 shift schedule, 12-hour shifts

• Day shifts: 08:00–20:00 or 10:00–22:00 (assigned during onboarding)

• Night shifts: 20:00–08:00
