Responsibilities:
- Gathering and analyzing requirements for data migration solutions;
- Analyzing data sources, preparing data model descriptions and defining data validation rules;
- Designing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and strategies;
- Preparing data mapping documents;
- Participating in business analysis and design activities for product and implementation projects;
- Supporting implementation teams with expertise in the telecom/BSS area;
- Communicating with 3rd-party vendors as integration interface providers/consumers.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in modeling notations, including ERD and UML (e.g., class diagrams, sequence diagrams, etc.);
- Experience working with OSS/BSS applications, ERP, CRM, Billing/Rating and Resource Inventory;
- Experience with DWH design, ETL/ELT processes, data modeling;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Experience communicating with customers, contractors and vendors;
- Familiarity with the basic principles of relational databases, SQL, XML and OOP
- Intermediate-level SQL skills;
- Experience using JSON for data exchange.
- Understanding of REST services;
- Familiarity with the BABOK framework and its core business analysis processes;
- Technical English communication skills (verbal and written) at an intermediate level or higher.
As a plus:
- Experience in software development;
- Experience in Telecom/IT implementation projects, including system integration;
- Familiarity with any industry-standard database, especially Oracle or PostgreSQL;
- Familiarity with any programming language, such as Python, Go or Java;
- Basic Unix knowledge;
- Familiarity with PMBOK and key project management principles;
- Experience with Apache NiFi.
