Create high-quality 3D models for environments, architecture, props, and interior/exterior elements

Handle the full high-poly modeling and sculpting workflow using Maya, Blender, and ZBrush

Develop and fine-tune materials and textures in Substance Painter / Designer and Photoshop

Focus on surface detail and realism, delivering polished, visually compelling assets

Collaborate closely with the art lead and development team to maintain a consistent artistic style across the project
- Leverage modern tools, including neural networks and AI-assisted workflows, to streamline asset creation
What you need to succeed:

3+ years of experience as a 3D artist in the game industry

Strong portfolio and proven experience modeling architecture, environments, props, and interiors

Excellent understanding of form, proportion, composition, and detailing

Proficient in Maya or Blender (or another 3D modeling package) and ZBrush

Skilled in texturing with Substance Painter / Designer and Photoshop

Experience optimizing assets for game engines (low-poly pipeline, UV unwrapping, baking, LODs)

Portfolio with relevant work examples is required
