Responsibilities:
1. Sell out target setting for Promoters;
2. Promoter’ allocation;
3. Promoter’ productivity review & improvement action;
4. Motivation & sell out contest programs for Field Force & Promoters;
5. Sell out, flooring and I.H.S. targets achievement;
6. Stock management & collaboration with partners on improvement;
7. Market sensing & reports related to sellout;
8. Generate new approaches to improve sell out;
9. Follow instructions and directions of GTM Head & Retail Part Leader.
Requirements:
1. Higher education;
2. Strong communication & analytical skills;
3. Client orientation & execution capability;
4. Excellent interpersonal and relationship building capabilities;
5. Upper intermediate English, Excel (Power Bi preferable).
