Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and X (Twitter). You will play a key role in generating leads, managing budgets, and analyzing performance data to support the growth of our training and development programs.

Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and X.

- Handle audience segmentation, keyword research, ad creation, and A/B testing.

- Monitor and optimize campaigns to drive conversions and meet performance targets.

- Manage ad budgets effectively and report on pacing.

- Ensure campaigns stay within budget while delivering strong ROI.

- Work with internal design and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives.

- Provide data-driven feedback to improve visual and copy performance.

- Track campaign metrics using Google Analytics, CRM tools, and ad platform dashboards.

- Produce regular performance reports with actionable insights.

- Stay up to date with changes and new features on all major ad platforms.

- Test and integrate new formats, placements, and bidding strategies.

Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns.

- Proven success with Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn platforms.

- Experience with X (Twitter) advertising is a strong advantage.

- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.

- Familiarity with Google Analytics, CRM integrations, and pixel tracking.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote or hybrid team.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages is strong advantage).
